Frozen fish will be thawed and cut as soon as possible. Prompt service insures that within hours of your boat arriving your fish is cut, vacuum packaged to seal in the finest texture, flavor and pristine freshness. All fish is vacuum sealed in 3 mil bags, clearly labeled with species type.
