Yield On Fish - Generally a fish over 100 lbs yields about 50%. Smaller fish range from 30% - 40% depending on type and size.

Pricing on whole fish -
To fillet & vacuum seal fish - $.75 (on the whole weight of the fish).
To fillet, Smoke & vacuum seal fish - $1.25 (on the whole weight of the fish).

All fish are filleted with bloodline removed. Skin is also removed except on Wahoo and Albacore.

Shipping -
Five Star gives our customers the option of shipping via UPS, Federal Express (to the Los Angeles area), or picking up at their local airport through the airlines cargo department.

All shipping prices vary according to location. Speak to a Five Star employee for current rates. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Hours of Operation -
Five Star employees meet each Long Range boat at the top of the dock year round. We service Fishermen's Landing, Point Loma Sportfishing and H&M Landing.

June - November: completed pick up times 10:00am - 2:00pm
December - May: call for appointment

Payment -
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and cash.

Your fish can be held up to 30 days in our freezer. We will hold fish longer if arrangements are made.
